SciRecord

Terms of Use

The responsibilities that come with using the SciRecord website, member workspace, and public record pages.

Effective September 23, 2026

The service

Authentic Research Partners LLC operates SciRecord. Members of a participating community use the member workspace to keep projects and submit waypoints; anyone can read the pages members make Public. A community's own terms also apply to its activities. By registering a security key or submitting to SciRecord, you agree to these terms.

Access

Your community decides who can join and arranges parent or guardian permission where required. Keep your security key secure, tell us promptly if it is lost or misused, and do not use another person's membership or key.

What you submit

Submit your own work and describe it honestly. Do not submit material you lack the right to share, another person's private information, unlawful content, or content that threatens or harasses anyone. You are responsible for what you submit. Validation checks the record; it does not certify that research is correct, safe, or peer reviewed.

You keep your rights in your work. You give SciRecord permission to store, validate, and display it as needed to operate the record, and to publish what you make Public.

Visibility and permanence

A Public waypoint can be read by anyone with its address. You can make it Private later, which removes the public page but not copies others already made. Submitted records are a permanent history that you cannot edit or remove yourself; when removal is possible is described in the Privacy Policy.

Responsible use

Do not bypass membership controls, forge records, interfere with the service, or expose anyone's private information. SciRecord may reject content and restrict access to protect members, the service, or the public. The service may change or be unavailable at times.

Contact and changes

Authentic Research Partners LLC, hello@arpconnect.com, 300 Witherspoon Street, Suite 201, Princeton, NJ 08542. We post changes here with a new effective date, and tell members of a material change through their community before it takes effect. Continuing to use the workspace afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
